One observation guides our work: most failed floor coatings were never really about the coating. Our Approach

Every slab we coat is opened mechanically with a diamond grinder or shot blaster, and we do not acid etch. Before we quote, we read the cracks, joints and any old coating, and we say plainly when a floor needs repair or replacement before it can take a coating. Moisture testing is written into the scope as its own line item, on a garage slab just as much as a basement one, because a dry-looking floor is not always a dry floor.

Our proposals name the product, the system build and the finished thickness, so you can check what went down against what was quoted. We read the warranty exclusions out loud before a job is sold, with moisture first. Every Wisconsin home job gets a written contract before any deposit, and every Illinois home job over $1,000 gets the written contract and consumer rights pamphlet that state requires.

We also respect the conditions this area throws at a floor. Curing is scheduled against slab temperature and dew point instead of the calendar, so we will tell you when an unheated garage should wait for spring.
